Who we are. This website (www.omihg.com) is operated by OM International Holdings Group LLC ("OMIHG", "we"), headquartered in Upstate New York, United States. For any question or request about your information, write to info@omihg.com.
What we collect through the contact form. When you send a message, we receive:
- your full name;
- your email address;
- your organization (optional);
- your telephone number (optional);
- the type of inquiry you selected;
- your message;
- the page and language you used;
- the time you sent it.
We only receive what you type into the form.
Information processed automatically.
- Your IP address is used briefly to prevent abuse. We limit how many messages can be sent from one connection. This check is held temporarily in memory and is not stored by us.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver and protect the website.
What we do not do.
- The website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and loads no analytics or tracking tools. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security measures to protect the website from automated abuse.
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Why we use it. To read and respond to your inquiry, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to protect the website against spam and misuse.
Who processes it for us.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and runs the form's server function.
- Resend delivers your message by email to info@omihg.com.
- Zoho Mail hosts our inbox at info@omihg.com, where the message is stored.
These providers process the information on our behalf and may process it in the United States or other countries.
How long we keep it.
- In our inbox: we keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to your inquiry and keep a record of our correspondence, then delete them, unless we need them longer for an ongoing matter or a legal obligation.
- By our service providers: delivery records and hosting logs are kept by the providers above for limited periods, under their own retention policies.
Your choices and rights.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to info@omihg.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under the privacy laws that apply to you. To exercise them, write to the same address. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Security. Information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and handled by providers with established security programmes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children. This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children.
Changes. We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
